Hatha Yoga classes

The practice includes centering breath, warm up leading to asanas (yoga postures), Pranayama (breathing exercises) and relaxation.
Friendly, relaxed atmosphere, all welcome. Ideal if you are looking for a way of improving and keeping strength and flexibility both physically and mentally.
It is an opportunity to let go of the bad habits of posture, breathing and stress which we pick up in our daily lives.
It also gives you a space in your life to quiet and calm your body, mind and emotions.
Yoga also benefits those who cycle, run, pay golf or tennis, football or other sports. Spending some time in the yoga mat every week will help you deal with body imbalances and have less injuries.
