Whether you are a person who wishes to discover the benefits of Yoga for Whole Wellbeing or you are on your motherhood journey, before or after giving birth, then there is a Yoga session perfect for you…

•Yoga Relax
(Wellbeing for Adults)
A gentle, easy going Yoga session for all abilities to slow down and escape life challenges. We breathe, stretch, strengthen and deeply relax the mind and body.
Each week we focus on a different chakra energy centre, and section of the body to help you develop awareness and connect with your whole self.

• Pregnancy Wellbeing and Birth Preparation
(15 weeks Bumps to Birth)
This is Yoga to gently maintain fitness during pregnancy, deep relaxation and birth preparation. Enjoy a nourishing escape from life’s pressures, meet other mama’s and tune into yourself, your birthing instincts and connect to your baby.

• Postnatal Yoga
(Mum and Baby Wellbeing from 8 weeks)
Welcome to something for You and Baby. These sessions offer a gentle ‘Return to Fitness’ for mamas, after giving birth. We will have a pelvic floor and core focus, toning and importantly stretching through into those ‘life with baby’, aches and tensions. We will also include some baby yoga and at the end we take time to relax and breathe with our little ones

• Yoga Therapy

I am also available for....

•Wellbeing Workshops and Local Events and Festivals. Happily offering relaxing Yoga and Meditations with Chakra themes to further spread the Yoga love. So far I have successfully co-hosted, Pregnancy Relaxation Day Retreats, Women’s Wellness, Family Yoga workshops and have taught at Lindisfarne Festival.
• Workplace Wellbeing
Offer yoga to your employees regularly or one off tasters during team days as a way to promote health and well-being and reduce stress levels in the workplace. I will attend on a suitable time in your working day.
• Home Yoga or 1-2-1’s
For residential or social care settings or for people who wish to learn yoga in the comfort of their own home rather than group settings.
