About Coral Hawkins

An intuitive led yoga practice taught with intention, love and care.

Stepping on to your mat to meet yourself right where you are, learning the art of patience, acceptance and awareness as we journey together through movement, stillness and breath to reach deep states of peace, presence and relaxation.

Whilst building flexibility and strength, we are also increasing mental resilience and gaining tools to use off the mat helping us ‘respond’ to external circumstances instead of ‘reacting.’

β€œCoral’s yoga is a soul healing practice to bring mind, body and spirit into unison and harmony through breath, awareness and movement.

It was 2013 when Coral first fell in love with yoga in Queenstown, New Zealand.
Living on the other side of the world and a long, long way from her family in UK, yoga taught her to find home within her heart.

Coral found the practice profound to her health physically, mentally and emotionally & started to see life through a new lens.
A lens of compassion, appreciation, wonder and beauty.

Coral studied her yoga teacher training in Auckland, New Zealand in 2017 after falling in love with the ancient practice with a thirst to dive in deeper.

Coral holds space that feels safe and welcoming with a story sense of community spirit.
Coral’s style of yoga is heart opening, nurturing and full of acceptance, love and gratitude.
With a background in reiki, Coral brings her knowledge and experience of energy to the class giving students valuable insight and tools to use both on and off the mat.
Her relaxed but professional style encourages freedom and expression with an open invite to explore with a sense of playfulness.

Coral leads the practice with a strong sense of intuition and feels into what is needed within the practice at the right time.

After awakening to huge shifts within and experiencing universal one-ness her passion is to share this with those willing to journey inwards and dive into their depths where an unwavering sense of stillness is found despite the chaos that can surround us.β€œ
