Looking for a gentle yoga class which includes meditation, breathing exercises (pranayama), classical postures (asana) and relaxation?
I am really passionate about yoga and how it can help to calm the mind and increase your flexibility and strength. Yoga helped me through periods of depression and anxiety, so I would like to share what I have learnt with you either in a group setting or individually.
I have been practicing yoga for over 15yrs and am a qualified nurse, midwife, health visitor and reflexologist. I offer Sunday evening gentle yoga classes to start your week in a more positive and calmer frame of mind at Feniton Village Hall 6.45 to 8pm. On Wednesdays 10 to 11am I teach Mother and baby yoga at The Beehive at Honiton. I also teach one to one yoga for those with anxiety and depression, exploring how yoga can improve your mental health.
