Yoga Loft is Plymouth’s only dedicated yoga studio offering a variety of styles for all levels with incredibly inspiring teachers.

The studio has been carefully designed to offer a tranquil space in which to kick off your shoes and enjoy the practice of yoga, carving out some well deserved time for yourself.

“A beautiful practice deserves a beautiful space” has been the mantra behind the creation of the studio and we endeavour to deliver this through the friendly and welcoming community we have created.
