Therapeutic Yoga and Buteyko

I teach a combination of gentle yoga and somatic movement to the over 55's. The classes are designed to assist movement in people who may be experiencing age related joint and muscle pain or post Covid tiredness and breathing problems
The classes include periods of relaxation and there is a focus on correct breathing. Individuals suffering from back/ shoulder or hip problems will find benefit from the gentle approach which is also beneficial for people with anxiety or stress related tension.
I have been teaching yoga for 40 years and trained with the British Wheel of Yoga and Satyananda UK. I am a qualified Buteyko Breathing for Asthma teacher and until recently trained groups of prospective yoga teachers with a dedicated Foundation course.
