My name is Sarah Gray. I teach yoga, somatics, and experiential human anatomy. I am a fully insured and certified teacher of Hatha Yoga in the spirit of Vanda Scaravelli. I trained in 2017 with the Yoga Health Mandala. I have worked with Bill Wood, Helen Noakes, Rupert Johnson, Steven Bracken, Gary Carter, and Elizabeth Pauncz. I have been training as a somatic movement educator with the School of Body-Mind Centering® since 2016, participating in seminars with its founder, Bonnie-Bainbridge Cohen.
