Whether you are just looking to improve your general well being or use yoga to complement sporting activities, relieve tight muscles and improve flexibility a class can be tailor made to meet your needs in 1-2-1 sessions or private group sessions.
About Ashtanga Yoga; Ashtanga yoga is a system of Hatha yoga which originated from Mysore in India. Ashtanga is the only form of yoga which combines breath with movement and develops strength and flexibility at an equal rate.

Pregnancy yoga; Pregnancy yoga is adapted to the various stages of pregnancy and the exercises can be really effective in alleviating a multitude of pregnancy ailments such as heartburn, tiredness and backache. It improves strength, flexibility and promotes good circulation throughout the body. The breathing and relaxation elements to Pregnancy Yoga also encourage breath and body awareness which help to prepare for the birth, reducing anxiety and stress and teaching a woman to adapt to new situations.This class is suitable from the 12th week, ideally after the first scan date. 1-2-1 sessions can be arranged in the comfort of your own home, please contact me for details.
