Laura Spinney Yoga, Pilates and Dance

Laura offers classes in Yoga, Pilates and Dance in and around the Bournemouth area. She trained as a dancer at the prestigious Laban contemporary Dance school in London, where she gained an excellent understanding of the body, health and fitness, as well as her degree in performance. After performing with MapDance company she then went on to qualify as a secondary school Dance teacher, later becoming Head of department in a school in London. She is now also a qualified Yoga and Pilates instructor and offers classes in a range of techniques, accessible for all ages and abilities, whether you want to improve fitness, relieve stress or just have fun. She teaches weekly classes held at the YMCA, Jameson road, Winton, but she also offers 1 to 1 home visits for a class in a technique of your choice.
