YOGA FOR EVERYONE AT ISVARAYOGA

Classes at Isvarayoga range from Baby-,Pregnancy-, Vinyasa Yoga and Mindfulness Meditation to more gentle Hatha Yoga. We also offer 1-2-1, corporate sessions and yoga therapy to help with stress, anxiety and addictions. We aim to empower people in finding true health and fitness and to develop a deeper spiritual connection with themselves, whilst having fun with their yoga practice. Lessons are clearly structured and our qualified instructors’ individual approach makes classes accessible to everyone, regardless of age, fitness, experience, or background.
