About Yoga for Every Body
This general, all level and abilities Hatha Yoga class will leave you healthier in body, mind and spirit. It will let you tune in, chill out, shape up – all at the same time.
Every Body can improve their strength, flexibility, endurance, balance and breathing. Cyclists, Runners, Martial Artists and Office Workers can all benefit.
This class is for everybody. There are modifications for the poses, so whether this is your first yoga class or you have been practicing for years, you will be able to work to a level that is suitable for you. As you move through the poses in the class, there will be emphasis on alignment and breathing, allowing you to stretch, move and focus on yourself, followed by meditation and relaxation at the end.
Bring water, a mat and a large towel/blanket, wear loose clothing (t-shirt, leggings, shorts or tracksuit). It is advisable not to eat for up to 2 hours before the class. There is free on site parking.
