I began my Yoga journey in early 2014. Like many people I began a yoga practise to keep physically fit. At my very first class I knew I had found "my thing," and it's been a love affair ever since.
I have been teaching for two years, my style of teaching is fun and relaxed. I include lots of modifications so that all levels are well catered for. I also have a keen interest in mobility and functional movement and like to add elements of this in my teaching.
My passion is for everyone to feel good in their body, to be able to move in a pain free way and I believe that yoga is a great tool to help you get there.
I have a 300 hour British Wheel of Yoga Certificate and a 200 hour yoga Alliance Certificate.
I am insured through yoga alliance and have a certificate in Emergency First Aid.
