Hi, I have been teaching yoga classes in Kirkintilloch for 8 years. My focus is on feminine flow yoga and offer the following classes:

Pregnancy Yoga - suitable from 14 weeks this is more than just a yoga class each week includes birth education, breathing for birth techniques, yoga adapted for pregnancy and a lovely relaxation.

Postnatal Parent and Baby Yoga - postnatal yoga to gently restore and tone after birth. Baby massage and yoga for babies. Finishing with a cuppa and a chat. Suitable from 6 weeks postnatal (8-12wks post c section).

Moon Yoga (Hatha) - can help to balance your hormones by connecting you to the phases of the moon, earths cycles and feminine energy. This class combines a gentle flow with yin and restorative elements.

Sun Yoga (Hatha) - a dynamic but gentle flow based on the energy of the Sun. This practice aims to slowly build heat and help to stretch, strengthen, tone the body.
