Hang Ten Yoga

Hang Ten Yoga is owned and run by Emma Lovick, a 200 hour Fully Certified young and enthusiastic Yoga Teacher, registered with Yoga Alliance and Yoga Alliance UK.

Hang Ten Yoga teachings are based on Hatha Yoga with Vinyasa Krama from the Krishnamacharya lineage. Yoga which links breath, body and mind to attain a state of harmony. Hatha Yoga can be adapted to suit your personal level and needs.

Hang Ten Yoga offers Yoga to all. Also specialising in Yoga for Water-sports and Snow-sports focusing on alignment, strengthening, opening and increasing flexibility, reducing the potential for injury.

Emma also offers Pre, Post Natal, Children’s and Teen’s Yoga, currently through private classes.
