Welcome to Surendra (Yogacharya Jnandev) and Sally’s (Yogacharini Deepika) YOGA Satsanga Ashram, Wales, UK homepage. We are presently running regular yoga classes in Hebron, whitland (Carmarthenshire), Cardigan (Ceredegion). Narberth (Pembrokshire) which makes us Dyfed (three counties). We are based on Rishiculture Gitananda Yoga and initiate our students to Patanjali Ashtanga Yoga or RajaYoga. There are many different styles of Yoga out there like Ashtanga Yoga, Bikram Yoga, Hatha-Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, RajaYoga, Siddha Yoga, Swara Yoga, Holistic Yoga, Chair Yoga, Iyengar Yoga, etc, it can be difficult trying to find the one that suits you, our advice is to try different classes if you’re not sure, and simply do what feels right for you!
