Providing yoga and holistic therapies since 2000, Lesley is committed to providing professional and effective treatments to the people of Hull and East Yorkshire.
Her 25 year career as a Registered nurse in both the UK and Australia help to place her in a unique position to understand health concerns from both the medical and holistic viewpoint.
Passionate about the many benefits of Yoga, Massage and Reiki, Lesley creates a unique care plan for every client using a combination of several techniques.
As an enthusiastic teacher she offers courses and workshops on all aspects of health. Her belief is that ’Knowledge is Power’, ensuring her clients have continued support and information, enabling them to make the best choices for a return to a balanced state of physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health.
Lesley offers several classes, including classes for pregnancy, mum and baby, and those with issues with weight or illness. She runs chair based yoga.
One to one sessions are available as a ’one off’ or as a series. As well as a full timetable of events, Lesley offers an ‘express Retreat service’ where up to four people receive relaxing, therapeutic massage, foot soak, chi machine session and refreshments. A really nice way to spend time out with friends.
She also provides Bespoke yoga sessions for up to four people in her welcoming Well-Being room in the hear of Hull.

Twice a year Lesley runs Retreats in the beautiful North Yorkshire Village Rosedale.
