🌺 Julie teaches a gentle form of yoga called VINYASA KRAMA YOGA, which simply means gentle FLOWING movements that take STEPS towards classical yoga postures....always using the BREATH to MINDFULLY guide the movement.
🌸 julie has known yoga from a child through the inspiration of her mum. Her love of gymnastics and dance and philosophy developed into yoga. Julie has been practicing yoga for many years and teaching a wide variety of students for several years including students with M.E , M.S and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome also students with physical disability and depression. Julie’s mission is to take yoga where it is needed to be able the offer yoga to everyone and for the people who need it most to be able to access Julie’s yoga.
