Delamay divides her time between Aus­tralia, Europe and Asia and mak­ing reg­u­lar trips to LA to con­tinue her train­ing with Shiva and the Prana Flow tribe.

Orig­i­nally from Byron Bay (Aus­tralia) Dela­may had her first expe­ri­ence of a yoga at the age of 14 and dur­ing her dance train­ing stud­ied ISHTA yoga. With a back­ground in dance it was a nat­ural pro­gres­sion to teach­ing yoga and delve deeper into the rhythm of the breath, the flow of the body and the form­less­ness of med­i­ta­tion. In 2007 Dela­may grad­u­ated from the 200hr Unity Yoga teacher train­ing and also holds a 500hr Prana Flow® cer­ti­fi­ca­tion. She is deeply hon­ored to be part of the men­tor­ing and global assis­tance pro­gram with Shiva Rea, the cre­ator of Prana Flow®: Ener­getic Vinyasa.

Addi­tional train­ing includes Level 4 in Thai Yoga Mas­sage, Cer­ti­fi­ca­tion in Dance Move­ment Ther­apy, Reiki Mas­tery, Pranic Heal­ing and Crys­tal Dreaming™.
