I am promoting my new class at Purple Turtle Wellbeing, where I am offering early morning ashtanga yoga, modified primary series alongside those who wish to do self practise early in the morning in Brighton.

If people like this, I will offer more mornings. At the moment it is just Mondays from 6.50 to 8.15.

I am a charter level 2 teacher. In ashtanga, vinyasa, kids yoga, sanskrit cheating, 70 hours specialism in adjustments, reiki 1 and 2, freestyle yoga, pranayama and heath. I also offer 1- 2- 1 in my home studio.

I am nearly trained in Aerial yoga level 1, with circus fit, where safety and yogic attitude are primary concerns while inverting. I expect to complete mid December and have yoga hammocks at my home studio.
