Yoga classes with Annie in Brighton.

See website for details.

I am promoting my new class at Purple Turtle Wellbeing, where I am offering early morning ashtanga yoga, modified primary series alongside those who wish to do self practise early in the morning in Brighton.

If people like this, I will offer more mornings. At the moment it is just Mondays from 6.50 to 8.15.

I am a charter level 2 teacher. In ashtanga, vinyasa, kids yoga, sanskrit cheating, 70 hours specialism in adjustments, reiki 1 and 2, freestyle yoga, pranayama and heath. I also offer 1- 2- 1 in my home studio.

I am nearly trained in Aerial yoga level 1, with circus fit, where safety and yogic attitude are primary concerns while inverting. I expect to complete mid December and have yoga hammocks at my home studio.

Opening Times

Opening Times: 6.50 AM to 8.15 AM Mondays only. More classes as we build a sating community of early morning practitioners.

Location Information

Location/Directions Info: The studio is at the lower bottom end of North road (walking from Brighton station North Road is a few minutes on the left) Or just up on the left from the level. Behind the arch of Oakley estate agents (we aren't allowed to have a sign!!) through the arch and there is a porch sticking out from the building,, go up the stairs and the studio door is to the left at the top. Come 10 minutes early to settle in. The grand studio is beautiful with mirrors, and soft coloured lighting. I conduct a lead primary series class but you may also do self practise. There is plenty of room.
10. a class and the 6th class is free. half price for concessions.
