I went to my first yoga class with Rosie on the recommendation of a friend who thought I could benefit from increased flexibility (I had a recurrent sports injury). Rosie’s classes are fun and exploratory, with the emphasis on listening to what are bodies are telling us for our individual enjoyment and well-being rather than aiming to achieve an externalised image of what particular postures should look like.
I find this approach refreshing and pressure-free and believe as a result have achieved more than I expected. Highly recommended!
