Feeling stressed? Join our non-competitive adult classes and discover how the gentle pace can relax and renew. You'll explore how breath affects the body and mind, and learn some of the basic principles of yoga that you can apply to your daily life. Every session ends with a nurturing relaxation which helps to calm symptoms of depression and anxiety, leaving students feeling refreshed.
Don't think you're flexible enough? We use lots of yoga props making the poses accessible to every body, and class sizes will be limited allowing students the opportunity for one-to-one attention.

Bespoke Private Sessions, 7 days a week. 60, 75, or 90 min sessions available. Designed specifically for the individual student's needs. Singular or block classes; one-to-one, or small groups. In-studio or home residence (women only)
With BWY 500hr Diploma training, and a Silver Age Yoga certificate, Nerine offers a relaxed environment where students are encouraged to honour their own unique experience of yoga on the mat. Weekly classes and bespoke private sessions are available.
