Vinyasa Flow, 1:1s, Corporate and SUP Yoga Classes in and around Cirencester and the Cotswolds.

People come to yoga for a host of reasons.  Some to gain flexibility, to build strength, to calm the mind, to tone up or to get a better nights sleep. Kathy's loves teaching Vinyasa Flow yoga, a style where movement, the yoga poses and the breath are linked together.  She's always keen to add in other movement elements too, so people gain an understanding of the intention of the yoga poses and of the importance of building strength and gaining mobility and not just flexibility.  The idea is you leave the class with a little more connection to you, to the breath, feeling energised.

Kathy has her Yoga Alliance RYT200hr, and is currently working towards her 500hr certification.

Kathy's other love is water. She loves the calming qualities, the stillness and tranquility. The linked breath and movement of swimming and paddling is very similar to Vinyasa Flow yoga. When not in a studio, you can often find Kathy out on the water, either swimming, Stand Up Paddleboarding or practising yoga on a board.  Yoga and water - it's hard to find a better combination.  Standup Paddleboard yoga (SUP) often ends with a few giggles, and is definitely more of a challenge than a studio-based class!

Kathy is a qualified BSUPA Stand Up Paddleboard Instructor for beginners (BSUPA Ready to Ride) and SUPFit SUP Yoga instructor, and teaches at Cotswold Water Park Hire (Lake 86) and at other lakes by invitation.

Available for group classes, private studio sessions, 1:1's, SUP Yoga and SUP Instruction.
