I have been to several dynamic yoga classes over the years but none have ever been so consistently creative and challenging as Sue’s. It is clear she invests an enormous amount of effort in planning our classes to keep them so varied and stimulating and fresh and this reaps the benefits for us. Sue is extremely knowledgeable about yoga and as a result after every session I feel well and truly stretched all over! Sue’s classes are inspirational so for anyone looking for a bit of a challenge I thoroughly recommend them

I have been attending Sue`s classes for many years. She is warm, helpful, friendly and professional. Sue puts a great deal of care and preparation into her lessons making for excellent and varied sessions which have gained her a faithful following. Highly recommended.

I started taking yoga classes with Sue nine and a half years ago and thoroughly enjoy them. Taking the classes has been one of my better decisions! Sue is always innovative and challenging but sympathetic when we struggle, suggesting ways of overcoming problems. It is clear that our wellbeing comes first. She has a very personable and friendly approach and our yoga sessions are not without laughs. Thanks Sue – I recommend these classes without reservation.

I have attended classes by several dynamic yoga teachers over the years but none have been in the same league as Sue. Her classes are consistently creative & challenging. She clearly invests great effort in preparing each class to make sure each class is fresh and stimulating for us – I have never had the same session twice in the 3 years I have been going and she manages to squeeze in a new posture or move every week! If you are looking for a yoga class which is challenging and inspiring, Sue’s the one I recommend.

I started yoga (elsewhere) several years ago in an effort to alleviate back pain. It worked! I have now been attending Sue’s classes for a couple of years and they are always different, challenging and great for my back (and the rest of me!). Sue does not try to force the ‘hippy’ nature of yoga down our throats (although I think she knows all the sanskrit names!) but she does a true yoga practice, yogic breathing and meditative sessions regularly. I come out of Sue’s classes feeling both chilled out and beautifully stretched out! (and usually having had the odd… Read more »
