I trained in London with my teacher, Lucinder Beatty, as part of Yoga London and I hold a 200-hour Yoga Alliance certificate (RYT-200).
I teach Vinyasa Flow with a restorative attitude to allow my students to completely remove themselves from the hustle and bustle of London life.
As a qualifiedHypnotherapist (Dip Hyp CS), I work with clients from all types of backgrounds with mental, emotional and spititual ailmments and I really enjoy bringing some hypnotic visualisation into my classes to encourage deep relaxation and peace.
