About Brokenyogi

ARE YOU A BROKEN YOGI?

Are you in pain and not able to practice yoga? You’ve tried adapting your yoga, or even tried other physical therapy, but you’re still having the same problems or injuries?
You’re secretly quite frustrated because you’re just not moving forward or able to enjoy your practice the way you want to. Being injured is making you feel vulnerable and you’re worried about your future with yoga.

I aim to help by clearly identifying and making precise changes to the underlying causes that are stopping you from being you. By unlocking these restrictions through pioneering physical therapy techniques it allows your body to release the excess tension in your muscles and joints and unburdens the mind of the constant worry and fear, so that you can get back to moving with confidence, joy and lightness again.

As well as treating Yogis I also help educate teachers and practitioners through my fun yoga classes and Yoga anatomy workshops. I bring a specific focus to my classes grounded in anatomy.

Learning yoga anatomy can be a daunting subject, it’s often difficult to know where to start and so easily forgotten. Having Anatomy knowledge that sticks helps build confidence in your teaching and practice as well as helping you go deeper to your edge safely so you can continue to practice for many many years to come!
