An Introduction to Viniyoga: a 6 week course

This course aims to deepen your knowledge of the fundamentals of Yoga and to develop your practice in a calm, friendly group class. It is suitable for all levels of experience – complete beginners are very welcome! Lessons include intelligent and creative sequences of postures, as well as breath, sound and meditation techniques. Yoga wisdom is also explored and inspires our approach to practice.

From the course you will build a strong foundation, from which there are many benefits such as improved posture, strength and flexibility; increased energy levels and vitality; and greater stillness and clarity in the mind. The small group size ensures all students get personal attention and a clear focus on their individual needs.
