Hello! I’m a local yoga teacher, offering classes in Winchmore Hill.

Tuesday 7.30pm vinyasa flow yoga for all. Classes are steady and strong with an emphasis on breath.

Wednesday morning – post natal yoga with babies up to active crawling. A safe space open to all new mamas, where we focus on pelvic stability, releasing tension in the back and shoulders, and spending time coming back to the breath.
