Sarah’s approach to yoga is fun, uplifting and energising. Whether you’re just beginning or already experienced, Sarah’s yoga style will detoxify, strengthen and transform you. Her classes are designed so that you have fun, de-stress and get in shape all at the same time.
Yoga transforms the way we feel both physically and mentally. It promotes weight loss, increases flexibility, decreases aches and pains, improves strength levels and cleanses our body and mind through gentle detoxification. It is extremely beneficial at any age or fitness level.
Sarah is also a Registered Holistic Nutritionist and she incorporates this knowledge into her style of yoga. Her classes impact the body as a whole, particularly stimulating the immune, digestive, glandular and nervous systems.
Sarah’s classes are designed to work on a physical, emotional and spiritual level. While they are strengthening, detoxifying and cleansing, they also address issues of stress reduction, focus, patience, clarity, body awareness and personal challenges.
