
About Hatha based Yoga
Classes are based on Hatha Yoga, a gentle yet surprisingly strong practice which focuses on the breath and alignment as we move through the postures.
A typical class will include attention to the breath, gentle warm up and mobilisation exercises before moving through a sequence of postures (Asana). There will be a relaxation period at the end of the practice.
Yoga for Runners focuses on mobilising and strengthening muscles around joints, to enable the runner to move freely, with improved posture.
