About Latitude Wellbeing

Latitude Wellbeing offers a range of yoga, Pilates and physiotherapy services to provide a tailored, holistic approach to help you achieve your goals.

As a Chartered Physiotherapist and Clinical Pilates Instructor Hayley has a wealth of experience in the impact that injury, illness and inactivity can have on a person’s health and wellbeing.   It was whilst recovering from her own injury however, that she discovered yoga and meditation. Inspired by the boost to strength, energy levels, and clarity after classes, Hayley trained as a yoga teacher to offer the same benefits to her patients and further specialised to work with children and pre/post natal clients.

With a masters base in neuroscience Hayley continued to explore the benefits of practice for the body and also the mind.  The further she explored, the more similarities she discovered in all areas and Latitude Wellbeing was born, to create a dynamic blend of the philosophy of the East with the research background of the West.

Influenced by travels, teachers and peers, Hayley continues to develop an interest in yoga philosophy, breath and mindfulness practice and combines this with her physio and rehab background to create a holistic and inclusive approach to movement for all abilities, ages, and health conditions.

When not on her mat, Hayley can be found working as a physio, travelling, singing, enjoying Tai chi or drinking tea.

I’ve been to yoga classes before, but Hayley’s classes are the only ones I have found which really gets into the correct positioning of yoga and she is great at showing how small movements make a big difference! Her classes have a great atmosphere and above all are fun!

Hayley is a brilliant teacher. I’m so glad I booked onto the Latitude Wellbeing retreat. What an amazing experience! It was such an enjoyable weekend. Hayley designed a program to make all levels of yogi’s feel comfortable and introduced us to different types of meditation. She has a warm, welcoming energy and a wealth of experience. Her background as a physio means you feel safe and confident in her hands. Can’t wait to go on retreat next year and will definitely be booking in for more yoga! Highly recommend.

Hayley is an AMAZING Yoga Instructor and I can’t recommend her highly enough for anyone looking for Vinyasa / Mum + Baby / Pregnancy Yoga classes in the SW London area. I’ve been doing her Tuesday night classes for 6mths now and also attended her New Year Yoga retreat which was a perfect way to kickstart 2018. Every Tuesday I leave feeling calm, relaxed, free and knowing my body has been restored and also had a really good workout.
