
About Annie Frost Yoga
My approach to yoga is gentle and mindful, with a primary focus on the breath and releasing tension. It’s suitable for beginner to more advanced students, and is ideal for people with busy or active lifestyles. The yoga I teach in my classes can help to:
– Improve flexibility
– Promote relaxation and restful sleep
– Reduce stress
– Supplement a sports practice, such as running or cycling, to help prevent injury and improve performance
I trained to be a yoga teacher at Morley College, London, where I was awarded a BTEC Level 4 Professional Diploma in Teaching Yoga. I also have a strong interest in women’s health and fertility and have completed Well Woman Yoga Therapy training with Uma Dinsmore-Tuli.
