Hatha Yoga Flow

TUESDAY EVENING HATHA FLOW – open level 7 – 8 PM
THURSDAY EVENING HATHA FLOW – open level 8 – 9 PM

Join either of the classes to reconnect to your body and breath, get centered and find balance that will stay with you for the rest of your day, or week. We start with slow movement to warm up and get ready to open our bodies, twist out any tightness, and deepen our breath; the class may include a faster,  more dynamic flow, as well as static times to look at alignment in a particular pose, always ending with a well deserved Shavasana.
