Hatha Yoga Classes

I qualified as a teacher in 2012 after a year long training course with CYS. My own practice started in 2004 and slowly over time built and is now a daily practice. I continue to attend teacher training courses and ‘normal’ yoga classes, normally Ashtanga and Iyengar yoga, which is reflected in the classes I teach.

Alignment and breathing is more important than touching your toes!

Concession price is available for anyone unemployed, on benefits or minimum wage.
