
About Two Kereru Yoga
Hello! My name is Charlette, I am a New Zealand qualified lawyer mixing up career paths in London. I am also now a qualified yoga teacher, having trained in Vinyasa Flow and Ashtanga Style Yoga at YogaLondon in 2015.
My love for vegetables, the environment and general wellbeing has kept me vegan for the past 7 years and my inability to shake the travel bug has had me travelling the world since I could walk. Yoga has been a constant companion in unfamiliar surroundings and has provided me with the tools to look inward, without words.
I haven’t always been interested in health and wellbeing. When I was younger, I enjoyed going out A LOT and filling every moment of everyday with work and socializing. My introduction to yoga happened when I was introduced to an Ashtanga studio, where I started practicing weekly. I loved the philosophy that my teachers would share and I have carried much of their advice with me, applying it in stressful situations.
I am passionate about yoga and the physical and mental benefits it offers. My analytical nature will help develop your yoga from the ground up and my training and quest for knowledge will help you better understand yoga as a philosophy and life tool.
