ALEX STONE YOGA

The process of practicing yoga brings students in to contact with their own true nature and teaches the profound and beautiful lesson of self- acceptance. Yoga acts as a scientific exploration of humanness, ultimately cumulating in altering negative thought patterns resulting in a more content and blissful mind state. As a yoga teacher and life long student of yoga it is Alex’s truest wish to help every one of her students explore the yogic path, so that they may reach their own fullest potential inside out. Alex will teach this by passing on the tools that were taught to her, tools that have been safe guarded, passed on and nurtured from generation to generation for thousands of years.
