About Laura Harvey Yoga
Laura Harvey has been practicing yoga since 2009. Prior to completing her Yoga Teacher Training in 2015, Laura assisted in coaching martial arts. Here she witnessed the positive transformations of many students’ physical and mental wellbeing, and realised her passion to facilitate personal growth through teaching yoga.
