Ross is a qualified Yoga and Pilates teacher and teaches beginners, improvers and seniors in Surrey. Classes are accessible, affordable and adaptable. There is no age limit with yoga; chair yoga for those who are unable for whatever reasons to do yoga on the mat or gentle yoga, a gentle yoga for seniors eager to keep their balance, flexibility and mobility.

New Class - Yoga + - blends traditional Yoga with Pilates movements to strengthen core and improve mobility.

Yoga in the workplace can foster a ‘teamwork’ spirit, that will benefit the entire workplace. We will resume face to face classes as soon as it is safe to do so.

In a private Yoga or Pilates session my sole focus and attention is on you. Private sessions are ALL ABOUT YOU, they are taylored to your requirements and your goals. A 1-2-1 session is ideal to deepen your practice or suitable when recovering from an injury or simply wanting a quieter and personal yoga practice.
