Biography:
I have been practising yoga since 2003 and teaching since 2008. I have gained my working experience by working for the prison services, detention services, the council, EACH (drug and alcohol rehabilitation charity) and WISH (helping those with mental challenges). I have finally got a base where you can come join me for Hatha Yoga in Northolt enabling me to work closer with people in our community.
