Yoga with Kylie is open to all, whether youâ€™re brand new to yoga or have practiced before.
Yoga helps to: increase flexibility, strengthen muscles, relieve fatigue, correct poor posture, relieve symptoms of lung-based ailments such as asthma, lubricate joints, strengthen bones and increase bone density, increase circulation, boost heart rate, relive signs of stress and depression as well as helping to lower blood sugar and cholesterol. These are just a few of the many benefits a regular yoga practice can offer!
Each class will enable you to practice a range of flowing poses to lift the heart rate as well as core strengthening postures that will help inner stability and balance.
