Caroline has been a keen student of yoga since 1990, and completed her teacher training in 2013 with world-renowned Certified Ashtanga teacher, John Scott. Caroline continues to develop her own Ashtanga practice and teaching skills by studying with John Scott several times a year, as well as regularly attending workshops with international teachers (including David Keil, Kino Macgregor, Greg Nardi and many others!).
Caroline’s teaching follows a traditional yet lighthearted approach, helping each student to safely learn each pose and to develop their own independent practice.

Caroline also assists inspiring teacher Debbie Blunden at various classes and workshops in and around London.

Come and practice with us at St Mary’s Neighbourhood Centre in Islington, North London on Sundays: traditional counted led primary series 10.30 to 12.00 with Debbie and Caroline (intermediate level), introduction to ashtanga 12.15 to 13.15 with Caroline (beginner level). All welcome. See you soon!
