Yoga Mind Balance

Yoga Mind Balance offers yoga classes, 1-1 Private sessions and corporate yoga classes in Woodford, East London and Central London areas. We have a lovely intimate home studio in South Woodford for small group sessions, workshops and private 1-1 sessions. We also offer yoga retreats in beautiful locations!

We aim to provide accessible yoga classes in a safe environment allowing students to explore their yoga practices in their own unique way.

Styles of yoga offered are Vinyasa Flow Yoga, Ashtanga Vinyasa, Slow Flow Yoga, Flow & Restore, Yin Yoga & Meditation as well as Chair Yoga.

We have an online library of over 70 classes with various yoga styles and class lengths, so you can do yoga anytime, anywhere in the comfort of your own home, with a class to suit your needs!
