There is a different sequence each week. Each class includes a series of poses, providing a full body stretch. This is followed by pranayama (breathing) techniques to detox the mind. The class finishes with a guided meditation to leave you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.

I am a yoga teacher specialising in Vinyasa flow yoga. I love the dynamic aspect of Vinyasa flow yoga. It brings my whole awareness to the present moment, relieves physical and mental tension and provides me with a cardio workout.
Yoga has allowed me the space to calm my mind, soften physical tension and listen to my body’s needs. I have experienced many of the benefits of yoga over the years of practice. And what’s even better is that yoga is so enjoyable! I always look forward to practicing yoga and can’t imagine life without it. I love nothing more than to share this practice with others.
