Hi, I am a freelance yoga teacher. Covering areas around Atherton, Tyldesley, Astley, Ashton, Wigan and St. Helens and Bolton

I am fully qualified and trained in Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin Yoga. Group classes range from gentle flow and beginners to more advanced vinyasa classes. I teach in yoga studios, gyms, schools and colleges. I am specialist trained in Pregnancy Yoga, Mum & Baby Yoga, Kids Yoga, Yoga for Cancer

I also offer a limited number of places for private one on one classes. Specifically designed to assist with injury, advancing yoga practice and those with stress and anxiety issues.
