Based in Delph, but teaching across Manchester, Tameside and West Yorkshire, I hold weekly Foundational sessions for those just starting out or wanting to take things slower and Flow classes where we'll build heat and endurance, focussing on all-round fitness; strength, flexibility, balance and mobility. As well as yoga classes, I host workshops, 1:1 lessons and corporate sessions as well as provide nutrition advice, wellbeing support and lifestyle coaching.
My aim with all yoga classes is to create a practice that is safe, challenging, and fun for students of all levels. Classes are suitable for people of all ages and abilities, including total beginners and more advanced practitioners. Variations are offered for different levels of strength and flexibility.
After a class, expect to feel more open and refreshed, energised and relaxed, peaceful and positive.
