Our health is like the flowing water of a river, always fresh and pure and in a constant start of change. We use posture practice (asana), breath control, and relaxation to bring balance and emotional wellbeing.
The practice of yoga stimulates and changes emotional attitudes promoting courage, clarity in decision making and confidence. Good health results from perfect communication between each part of the body and the mind.
Yoga is for everyone irrespective of age, or physical condition. Non bendy students are most welcome.
