I have been practising yoga for nearly 20 years. As someone who has always liked to keep fit, yoga satisfied my body\'s need for a good workout. I felt stronger, more flexible and had more energy. It wasn\'t long until I also became aware of the benefits to my mental wellbeing. I felt a sense of calm during and after class.
I completed a teacher training course with David Swenson in 2012. I have since competed a 200-hour Yoga Alliance certificated course with Brian Cooper (Union Yoga) in 2013.
I have also studied with some wonderful and inspiring teachers including Tim Miller, Matthew Sweeney, Ray Long and Kino MacGregor.
I like to create a friendly and relaxed atmosphere in my classes, and whilst the are challenging, they are accessible to all levels as I offer modifications in postures. They are Ashtanga based, but also incorporate elements from other styles.
I also offer one to one private bookings.
