Small classes catering up to 10 people maximum. Students receive individual attention and weekly content changes to suit the development of the class. Students are encouraged to progress in their practice and are helped to understand all of the various systems in the body which support each other. They are helped to uncover their strengths and weaknesses, and to work to bring balance within the body.
Iyengar asanas are taught with indepth anatomical knowledge but with a strong emphasis on the student using the poses to reignite the sequential flow of energy through the correct alignment.
