I teach either dynamic, heat-generating Forrest Yoga or gentle Hatha Yoga. In my classes and lesson I work to address individual needs in a way that is fun, alignment-aware and safety conscious.

I believe that yoga is for everyone. No matter what your age, weight or flexibility, there’s always a way to work gently and safely with your body to find more space within and release stress and tension. Yoga can be a great, targetted tool for unwinding the stresses and imbalances of our modern age.

I trained with Jane Kersel and Kate Ellis at Triyoga in London and with Ana Forrest on her first ever European teacher training course at Equilibrium in Peterborough. I am insured through the British Wheel of Yoga and have an enhanced CRB check.
