  • Ingela is a fully insured and accredited 500 Hour Certified Yoga & Meditation Teacher who has been practising Yoga for over 25 years.

Her Yoga studies include Hatha Yoga (including the disciplines of Ashtanga, Anusara, Kundalini and Iyengar), with highly recognised teachers, including Sudhir Rishi and Angela Jervis-Read at the Sampoorna Yoga Institite in Goa, India (2018); Sri Sheshadri of The Patanjali Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Institute in Mysore, India (2009 & 2014); Sri Manju Pattahbi Jois (2012 & 2013); Todd Norian & Ann Greene in Massachusetts, USA; Shane Perkins in Baja California, Mexico; Ryan Spielman in London and a host of other inspiring yogis and yoginis. Her Teacher Certification Training was completed in Mexico at The Yandara Yoga Institute. Further study has included two certificates in the practice and teaching of Pranayama, (yogic breathing). Ingela has also studied Bollywood and Bhangra Dance at the Granduors Institute of Dance in Mysore, India.

No matter what level of student you are, just starting out or a seasoned Yogi, Ingela will share her knowledge in a friendly atmosphere. The aim is to impart confidence and energy to all students.. with a big smile and a light heart!

Ingela is a brilliant teacher for all levels of yoga. Her classes are always varied and different each time, so no boring repetitiveness. I wouldn’t highly recommend her to anyone either starting out or coming back to yoga.

The Chill Out workshop of June 8th was exactly that. A gentle session with a few steady poses and concentration of breath work. All insterspersed with delicious cookies and coffee and a fabulous vegetarian spread at lunch time.
