Karen Mpamhanga (formerly Karen Smith) teaches Iyengar Yoga in Harpenden.
Yoga practice both relaxes and energises the body and mind. It develops vitality, flexibility, strength, concentration, self-confidence and mental calm. Iyengar yoga focuses particularly on precision and alignment in postures. It uses specially designed props to allow you to practise postures safely, whatever your flexibility or fitness level.
